At Kingsway Guest House you will enjoy contemporary comforts in considerable style in our beautifully renovated 160 year old Victorian bed and breakfast. Our home has played host to guests in Edinburgh for more than 90 years being a traditional boarding house from at least the 1930s.
All rooms are restfully and practically furnished to ensure a comfortable and cosy stay. All guest rooms are located on the first and second floors accessed by stairs. All are en-suite other than our one standard room which has a separate, private shower room.
Triple Room – suitable for up to three guests, with en-suite and seating area. The room is prepared with either 3 x single beds or 1 x super king, 1 x single bed as preferred.
Double Room – UK king size bed for two guests, with en-suite.
Standard Twin/ Double Room – cosy room with two single beds or a king bed as preferred. Victorian style private, separate shower room and wc is located outside the bedroom and is not shared.
Small Double/ Single Room – a cosy, top floor room with UK king size bed for one or two guests, with en-suite.
Dining room – a relaxing space in which to start the day and enjoy your breakfast in good company. With many original Victorian features. Breakfast is offered from 8am until 9.30am with an early continental take away option also available.
We do also have options for a family of four or two couples travelling together. Please enquire via our contact form.
Features include complementary wi-fi, hairdryer, hospitality tray, fluffy white towels and quality Scottish Au Lait toiletries. We are happy to welcome children aged 5 years and older. Please note we cannot fit extra beds into rooms.
Rooms are serviced every second day as standard, however guests can request this daily or opt out all together.
